Are any analytics/improvement tools provided?Currently, we do not offer a dedicated analytics tool. This is currently being worked on and is a planned release for future versions of Tria. We do, however, provide valuable insights through call logs. Tria offers the capability to gather customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) data, which can be conveniently shared on a weekly or monthly basis.

What is the Trimate process?Trimate will work with your team to confirm the appropriate Tria Plan for your business. On selection of the desired plan/product offering, our team will perform a full discovery of your conversational flows, and then create your custom bot. Once complete, there will be a testing phase in which edits can be made to ensure satisfaction. Upon confirmation, Tria is ready to go live!
